All-round creative and innately curious person, Lisa is full of ideas and a can-do attitude. A winding road of designing, wandering and daring to dream brought her to London (via Australia, Italy and Scotland). Lisa is an Art Director, Designer and all-round creative type with over 10 years experience. Her personal projects include hand lettering and calligraphy (starting from a school holiday workshop when she was 10). She is also one of the organisers for Ladies, Wine & Design London, producing monthly events and championing female creators of London, and a mentor for Kerning The Gap. She attributes her success to people who took a chance on her and mentored her on the journey and also just having enough guts to ask for what you want. Now she wants to give the next female creatives coming through a person to ask questions, and a champion!

Becci is badass because she cares, every brief she gets she treats it as if it's her child. She gives 190% at all times (I really don't know how she does it!). Her ideas are insane, she's incredibly talented. She could have a job at any agency in the world, i'm pretty certain of this. Even though she works crazily hard, and always gives her work her all, she always has time to nurture young talent. I wouldn't be where I am today, without her. She is constantly doing talks and workshops for young people encouraging them to get into the industry, she can't do enough for other people, she is one of the most selfless people I have ever met, she's a trail blazer for female creatives. When I think of the word Badass, I think Becci Nadin.

#221 Sophy Vanner
Sophy is one of the most incredible, agile and dynamic strategists I have ever met. Whilst being powerful and knowledgable she is also highly emotionally intelligent and can hold her own, and deliver, in any situation. Having started off on the shop floor at Next - she quickly worked her way up through the system to being one of the youngest store managers in the history of the company. She then, against the odds, pitched to go to university without the required grades - winning a place and graduating with the best result in the year. She has been a fundamental player in advertising agencies such as Momentum Worldwide, Portas, Frukt and Amplify, and is currently leading the strategy on FitFlop, Chivas Brothers and Netflix - winning business left, right and centre!
She is also one of the most encouraging and empathetic managers who goes over and above to build and develop those around her - including Me. I would not be where I am today without Sophy's guidance and support - even when deadlines are tight and we are up against it with work.

From photography to film, to animation, to the most precise considered digital design, plus the ability to outwit any number of her contemporaries in an idea generation shoot-out. All that and Lucy still has the time to set up her own product design company as a "side project" gaining world wide notoriety for her "Designers Rule" Badge. Lucy scares me daily because i know that one day, sooner, rather than later she will take my job, Thanks for keeping me on my toes badass gal.

Jessica is a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer based between Paris and London. Her work is full of life, as is her story. You’ll find her creating printed and digital projects of different scales for organisations in the cultural, social and education sectors. Jessica is also the co-founder of Cultur’aid which supports the development of culture, popular education and creativity in Burkina Faso (Africa). She studied a Graphic Design degree at the Campus de la Fonderie de l’image (Paris). Her studio practice revolves around experimentation with tactile materials such as paper, fabrics, found objects and natural materials. She is inspired by nature, surrealism, folklore and wandering city streets. She lives with her husband, Randy, who is a printmaker and their two cats, Bowie and Gladys. Hayley has directed commercials for Samsung, Hewlett Packard, Burt's Bees, Kate Spade, The Detroit Zoo and many others. Hayley also has a passion for creating music videos and has created work for Iron and Wine, Explosions in the Sky, Grammy-award winning violinist Hilary Hahn, and pianist Hauschka. Fun Facts: Hayley loves Bjork and is a self-confessed plant hoarder. She loves spicy food, too! She also has no idea how brilliant she actually is and has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know! Shes also a proper laugh and a really good mate, this girl deserves a medal.

An amazing designer and illustrator, you can see Jane's work everywhere (even here in London in the London Zoo Late posters on the Underground!) and her bold, colourful style is simply gorgeous. Jane is also the creator and curator of Women in Print (womeninprint.uk) an exhibition that aims to spotlight the role women have played in Manchester’s past and present. Jane is also passionate about getting more young creatives into the industry and regularly holds workshops at local schools. Bad ass through and through.

Phis ability to create relatable characters and atmospheres in couple pen strokes is like magic. Her positive yet grounded attitude shines through her work and in anything she does. Her dedication to her work is inspiring.
Currently she's working on her graduate project (which she will be announcing very soon!), while last year she wrote and illustrated her very first children's book. She wants to work with content that matters. Very driven about topics that touches us all, they being painful or lighthearted, big or small. I'm sure we will see her name all over in our bookshelves in the future!

After a decade, she returned to the UK and now works on creative projects for many global brands. She is enthusiastic about design and collaboration, spending her free time working on her side-hustles and illustrations. She’s a self proclaimed beer fanatic and loves taking part in creative workshops and design events, occasionally speaking at some. Jennifer thrives on new challenges and meeting new people. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2010 with a Bachelor of Design majoring in illustration before exploring the globe and settling in London. Almost six years later, having the privilege to work with brands such as BBC Worldwide and ITV Creative, she now works on-the-road whilst exploring Central and South America. With a two year stint in Hong Kong as a child, and many visits there and beyond since, Asian themes often influence her designs. This influence, combined with a love of kitsch, means she favours a maximalist style of pattern, bold colour combinations and decorative typography over the minimalist tendencies within graphic design.
