#151 Irka Kravets
Irka is an art director in Kyiv. Eastern Europe is still pretty sexist state and it's hard for women to get the same amount of recognition and respect for their work. Irka strives to break this stereotype by delivering excellent work and taking an active stance in the feminist enlightenment of people around her. Also, she makes some cool feminism themed merch!

I've been working with Gabi for almost 5 years now. She's super passionate about design, especially social projects. What makes her Badass is her ability to fit school, work and side projects in just 24 hours a day, attention to detail, creativity and, again, love for social projects. Why do I mention social projects few times? Because helping people, and our planet is super badass.
#141 Phi aka Josephine Wolff

Phis ability to create relatable characters and atmospheres in couple pen strokes is like magic. Her positive yet grounded attitude shines through her work and in anything she does. Her dedication to her work is inspiring.
Currently she's working on her graduate project (which she will be announcing very soon!), while last year she wrote and illustrated her very first children's book. She wants to work with content that matters. Very driven about topics that touches us all, they being painful or lighthearted, big or small. Ant may be a male name, and an insect’s name, but despite this, this Badass Gal has defied the laws of Nameology and claimed it as her own. Having worked for big names such as NBC Universal, TBWA\London and Rankin, Ant has played a major role in creating and developing ideas for a diverse collection of brands. Her proudest achievements to date are the Cannes Lion Arse Award, #SingForAdele, and Lidl’s longstanding campaign line: ‘Big on Quality, Lidl on price’. As well as being a creative copywriter of sorts, Ant also writes editorial for YCC, and has also recently created a music video that surrounds the theme of mental health - something she is very passionate about. She would rather leave the industry having positively inspired and influenced others, rather than with a sack of dusty lions.

Creativity meets productivity.
So it was Leanne's skill with a pen that first caught my eye - great ideas and great copy.
But what makes her an ultimate Badass Girl is that she has the passion and drive to approach any task and get it done. She might not have done it before, but that doesn't phase her. Leanne has all the creds and personality to be a future Badass leader! She's already been instrumental in bringing something different to our marketing team at APS Group and is working on rolling out engaging internal comms content.

Eva is an Art Director at Ogilvy UK.
When she was 12, she starred in a German cooking show (don’t ask for the tapes, they’re not there) but sadly failed to turn her child-star career into a long-term one.
After some deep soul searching, she interned as an art director, and hasn't looked back at the lens since (but can often be found behind it (https://youtu.be/nKDgFCojiT8).
Having kicked-off her career in New York, she moved to London 3 years ago where she's been working on projects for clients including British Airways, Greenpeace, Save The Children, Keurig, Cisco and P&O Ferries.
She's bagged awards for viral charity campaigns, worked with a soothsaying hamster, and crafted a clog-shaped ship.
Eva is part of the core YCC team in London feel free to get in touch with her for any advice or book crits.

Over on their Instagram account, The Tits are actively promoting female creatives through their Insta-stories, showcasing 374 amazing creative women for every day that isn't International Women's Day. Which is pretty rad. These girls are a force to be reckoned with and only just starting their world tour.
