Becci is badass because she cares, every brief she gets she treats it as if it's her child. She gives 190% at all times (I really don't know how she does it!). Her ideas are insane, she's incredibly talented. She could have a job at any agency in the world, i'm pretty certain of this. Even though she works crazily hard, and always gives her work her all, she always has time to nurture young talent. I wouldn't be where I am today, without her. She is constantly doing talks and workshops for young people encouraging them to get into the industry, she can't do enough for other people, she is one of the most selfless people I have ever met, she's a trail blazer for female creatives. When I think of the word Badass, I think Becci Nadin.
