Anna’s mantra is ‘get sh*t done’ and she totally owns it! Anna brings inspiration, leadership and empathy to our global agency. Picking up ‘PR & Marketing Team of the Year’ at The Drum Agency Business Awards 2018 says it all.
Anna directs multiple campaigns and adds fairy dust to our new biz pitches, guiding us to victory. She constantly looks for new ways to improve what we do, from our award-winning events, to launching ‘Balance’ to drive diversity and inclusion.
Anna’s biggest asset is how she looks after those around her, she mentors for SheSays and coaches netball on the side. She is a spearhead for female leadership and her point of views are shared in press like Advertising Week and WeAretheCity.
On top of being a marketing guru and general all round girl boss, Anna is family through and through, she has two young children who are her ‘everything’.

One of the edgiest souls we know, Katia has brought a new level of creative class to our agency for the past four years. She’s managed to navigate her way through countless campaigns, winning clients, solving problems and nurturing staff to follow in her footsteps.
Katia is creative down to her core, from her trainer collection to statement earrings and home chopped hair. She’s annoyingly effortless and never appears frazzled, even when she’s balancing several clients and hustling her own side projects.
While helping to build our agency from the ground up, she’s been putting some serious graft into developing her DJ skills and is now running her own monthly radio show, Otro Mundo and playing out at nights across London regularly. If that wasn’t enough, her free time is preferably spent painting some pretty impressive graffiti murals wherever she can find the space in London and around the World.
Katia is leaving Seed to take on the new challenge of Head of Marketing at Peckham Levels, which she’ll 100% boss and we’ll be there whenever she’ll let us. Katia is badass to her bones <3.

Chip is the new Aussie kid on the block. As a trained visual designer with a quirky dress sense, she has been a part of the tech, design and marketing world. After spending 5 years in design, she decided to make the switch to partnerships and now heads up the marketing team at General Assembly. Her aim is to curate a series of events and community activations that inspire and showcases local talent.
After being diagnosed with a type of Leukaemia in 2017 and months of treatment whilst working in Sydney, Chip is back to doing what she does best by challenging herself with a huge smile on her face and now in a brand new city.
Amongst her normal gig, she has hosted The Design Kids for a whopping 3 years which has allowed her to meet some incredible creatives, students and work alongside Sydney's and now London's best agencies and brands.
She really is an inspirational friend plus nicest, heartfelt leader I've had.

#115 Leanne Challinor
Creativity meets productivity.
So it was Leanne's skill with a pen that first caught my eye - great ideas and great copy.
But what makes her an ultimate Badass Girl is that she has the passion and drive to approach any task and get it done. She might not have done it before, but that doesn't phase her. Leanne has all the creds and personality to be a future Badass leader! She's already been instrumental in bringing something different to our marketing team at APS Group and is working on rolling out engaging internal comms content.
