To riff on Eleanor Roosevelt's quote, "It's true that behind every great man is a more great woman!", behind every great woman is Ali Hanan. As Founder and CEO of Creative Equals, she's behind women coming in, coming up and coming back to the advertising industry. Night school, summer school, internships, returnships, events, talks. Ali has mostly single handedly changed the face and attitude of advertising and advertising agencies. She works so goddamn hard at holding people to account and making a difference. She's a badass.

#203 Ade Chong
Adeline didn't go to university. Instead she joined a small design agency in Singapore and climbed to Design Director by age 24.
She moved to London in that same year, and has since helped to grow independent London agency, Impero from a team of 3 to 40.
She was awarded Most Valuable Person (MVP) within the company in 2016, with Michael, Managing Director citing her as playing a huge role in growing the team and being a big part of the work culture of Impero.
Adeline also implemented the hiring strategy at Impero, an agency that can proudly boast that they are 66% female and have zero gender pay gap.
With her strong background in branding, she's also been a big part of their shift from being a digital agency to an agency that makes tired brands famous again. Returning brands like Beefeater Gin to global success, and launching products like Beefeater Pink, which is one of the most successful new products ever launched by Pernod Ricard.
Adeline has also helped to bag heaps of awards, including a two Lovies, two FPO Awards, a Pixel Award, a Fresh Award, two Awwwards and being a D&AD White Pencil finalist.
