As Founder and CEO of Creative Equals, she's behind women coming in, coming up and coming back to the advertising industry. Night school, summer school, internships, returnships, events, talks. Ali has mostly single handedly changed the face and attitude of advertising and advertising agencies. She works so goddamn hard at holding people to account and making a difference. She's a badass.
