Meera Sharma

Meera Sharma is a British Indian television personality, DJ and published author who first came into the limelight as a contestant on series 11 of ITV’s Take Me Out.

The multifaceted female believes everyone can live their best life. However, Meera also acknowledges we can all have a down day, which is exactly when we need someone to cheer us on. This inspired her to publish The Little Book of Sass, featuring 'sasspirational' quotes to perk people up when they need it the most. Recently, Meera created The Little Sassy Journal which features motivational quotes on the lined pages to keep you on track to turning your dreams into reality!

Further to this Meera launched the School of Sass to educate everyone on the skills they need to stay motivated, positive and thus live the life they've imagined.

Meera’s current work explores the intersection between her Indian heritage and Western upbringing; she uses numerous mediums to encourage discussions around identity and representation.

#444 Becci Ford

Becci is a badass because she stays true to herself after being told by her boss that there was no such thing as a creative job anymore she has built her business from nothing and created her own creative world! She designs and makes every single product herself, runs workshops teaching others to be creative and has even written her own crafting book due out next year. She has had plenty of men tell her that crafting can’t be a real business and she has consistently proved them wrong - she does this all whilst working alone at home and being self-motivated even when things go wrong from time to time - she is just such a rainbow-filled badass!

#434 Sacha & Amy

Amy and Sacha are advertising graduates, creative partners, and co-founders of their own brand, gen.u.ine cosmetics. Gen.u.ine is believed to be the world’s first gender neutral make-up brand specifically designed for chemotherapy patients. They have received product orders from across Europe, made judges cry with happiness, and been told the brand is ‘industry defining’ by creative news moguls, The Drum. Gen.u.ine is not about glamour or vanity. It is about giving back confidence to people when they need it the most. They aim to allow people to feel like themselves again. To have their identity returned. All with the safe knowledge that their products are safe to use. Making chemotherapy a little less difficult than it already is. They are currently looking for advertising placements in London whilst growing their brand at the same time. They enjoy working on briefs that really make a difference to society. From CO2 saving car seats to deodorant that tests fire alarms, they go the extra mile to make an impact.

Eve De Haan

#432 Eve De Haan

I’m a born and bred Londoner who sort of fell backwards into advertising after doing a degree in Medieval Middle Eastern History - perhaps not the most common route in. I founded, branded and ran a successful music magazine for 5 years, falling deep into the indie music scene and managed to resurface for air with a passion for branding, writing and design. After a placement at The Corner and freelancing at Yrs Truly, I found my partner Stella Jonikaite, a fellow East London dweller and frustrated hybrid creative. Since then, we’ve been working above, below, and through every line imaginable, first at Rapp, and now freelance. Our current project sees us branding and advertising an upcoming indie film set to hit film festivals this year. I'd love to work in sports advertising, particularly to combat the misogyny and patronising attitudes in football fanship.

When not creating ads, I have a side hustle of sourcing and selling rare tropical plants. Or you might find me standing on my head at Ashtanga. Or you could also find me at the football - either at Spurs or Leyton Orient.

Emma Case

#431 Emma Case

Emma is the founder of Women Beyond the Box a London-based online and in real-life community for smart women who also happen to be Neurodivergent. Emma also happens to be neurodivergent herself having ADHD and Dypraxia. For many years she worked in the fashion industry at a senior level on creative teams including Burberry but five years ago she boldly transitioned to entrepreneurship.

She is a pioneering advocate for Neurodiversity because she understands that true inclusion is about acknowledging and accepting intersectionality. With Women Beyond the Box, she is on a mission to disrupt the current out-dated narrative around Neurodiversity and to engage in fresh conversation with a wider audience.

Emma is a fantastic representative and role model for the neurodivergent community because she has transformed her life and career simply by playing to her strengths rather than being set back by any challenges.

Now companies hire Emma to facilitate women’s leadership programs, to speak on panels and coach women who, like her four years ago, are desperately seeking a way of working that doesn’t compromise who they truly are. She is a real inspiration to the next generation of Neurodivergent women.

Caroline Sims

#396 Caroline Sims

Caroline experienced acne for a number of years which exacerbated the anxiety she was dealing with at the time. She tried every treatment on the market, supplements, topical creams and even laser therapy. Nothing worked so she thoroughly researched the subject and discovered what was causing her acne and how to clear her skin. Her skin is now flawless. Not content with that, she brought out a product called Botanycl SkinClear Elixir, so that other women suffering from skin problems can get the same results. Her product is now available online and the reviews are unbelievable. Routinely described as 'confidence in a bottle' her SkinClear Elixir has already helped hundreds of women. Her customer service is unparalleled - she genuinely wants to help everyone - and now her business is set to explode. She is the definition of a badass gal.
