Shelley came to work as a design intern at a mobile agency I was at years ago. However, she had zero design experience (which none of us knew), but she made up for it in sheer determination and hard work. She literally learned how to design on the job and pretty soon became a decent designer - working on loads of great brand app designs. Today she is Design Director at Vancouver based Thinking Box agency. She's a total badass.
