I've watched Katrina grow as a creative since the moment I met her... She is lovely to work with and she is getting better and better as a designer. She originally joined iris as an art director and then moved to design and bossed it using both skills. From winning pitches, creating beautiful work and mastering calligraphy she really is a badass.
