Jemma Burgess
I'm Jemma's creative partner and I nominate her because she's a real badaaaass. Dyslexic, she overcame her fear of writing to become a superstar junior copywriter at TBWA\London. Now she writes words like no one, and is able to compose all kinds of lines (the tone she masters best? Sassiness). A few years ago, she wrote, produced, designed and starred an Off West End play called 'Beautiful Little Fools'. Alone. Impressive, I know. She's also ultra supportive, ambitious and smart. She's got a big heart and is a great listener. Enough qualities to deserve the official title of badass gal!
