First and foremost, Malin is known as "The Queen of Glug" - a title and a crown that is so accurate and unbelievably deserving. But on top of this, Malin is one of the most positive, kind and inspiring people I know in the creative industry. She's my full-time cheerleader, and in turn, I am hers. She's a natural born networker (or "notworker" if we're going with the official Glug trademark) and has probably connected more people in this industry in her 3/4 years than all the Cannes Lions festivals put together. She is an advocate for nurturing young talent, championing women in the industry and putting on badass events, and she has the biggest heart/smile on the planet.
