Tashi is an incredible artist from Hull who draws inspiration from her Iranian heritage. Her work seeks to question and provoke. She hopes her work will act as a voice for those unable to speak out. Tasha has exhibited in Venice, Lincoln and London and held her first solo exhibition, Women in Iran: Beyond the Gaze, in Lincoln in June. Despite her posters being defaced with racist comments, Tashi persevered and put on an excellent exhibition. She's one of the most hard working people I know and has just completed her Masters in Fine Art at the University of Lincoln. Congratulations Natasha!
