Lucy is talented, inspiring and passionate. She has spent the last ten years working in the publishing and cultural sector across projects, campaigns, and with creatives who span the four corners of the globe, although her offices have always been within a 1 mile radius of Soho, London.
Having started in publishing, she joined Flint in 2012 when the agency was just 3 years old, and has worked closely with the founding directors as the business has grown to celebrate it's 10 year anniversary in May 2019.
At Flint she directs campaigns for a range of arts, literary and heritage clients and acts as a communications consultant for clients both in the UK and abroad. Notable clients have included Artichoke, the Museum of London, Northern Ballet, the City of London Corporation and Indonesia Market Focus at the London Book Fair 2019.
Lucy is on the committee for the charity WARpaint, an arts project that raises funds to support veterans and military personnel facing the life-changing effects of war, and she also regularly mentors and supports emerging writers to connect them with agents and publishers.
