Lottie is a powerhouse of creativity with endless positive energy for her surrounding, championing a work life balance that includes slaying on the job as well as being a mother. As a senior creative copywriter, she truly understands the power of words and finds the right tone for whatever brief is thrown at her. Currently in training for a marathon, she also runs her brutally honest blog milkit, writing about her perspectives of motherhood. Although I don’t agree with her profound love of marmite, I fully back her as a creative and her way up to become one of our future leaders, being able to push the creative industries into new heights.
