#441 Laura Cibilich
Laura is one of the few female Design Directors and agency founders in New Zealand, having formed her own award-winning, independent design and advertising agency, RUN.
She has a long list of international accolades and acknowledgements including the Best Design Awards, Australian Graphic Design Awards, NZ Marketing Awards and was New Zealand’s only Campaign Asia-Pacific Woman to Watch recipient in 2018. Her clients include FAO of the United Nations, 2degrees (NZ’s third largest telco), Puma Oceania, Niue Tourism and many more organisations, big and small.
Laura is often asked to speak and share her knowledge with students from various design, advertising and business faculties, as well as asked for her comments on women’s rights and diversity in the industry.
As if founding and running an agency isn’t enough - Laura is also the brand ambassador for her own batch of single malt whiskey, set to launch in 2020 and recently launched a novelty stress relief app - BadGood - partnering with the University of Auckland and launching at Mercedes Benz and Techweek. She is also the proud mum of two boys under 5.
Laura believes in constantly learning and growing, while bringing along others on this journey, always with an upbeat and positive attitude.
