Tenured art professor at age 32. Lily Kuonen has wasted no time making a mark in the art world. Her work has been internationally shown and she was awarded a residency for three months in the south of France to paint and mentor young students. She speaks at multiple art conferences a year and is the President of an artist’s Think Thank organization in charge of conceptualizing the future of art education. Plus her work is badass. Her series of Playtings (paintings + play) are endlessly experimental.
