#292 Marian Adejokun
My name is Marian Adejokun and I am 27 years old; I was born and raised in Atlanta Georgia and later moved to London. I am an International inspirational speaker and I am a published author of two books. I am the CEO of Marian Adejokun Foundation, the Founder of ReachOut2All (www.reachout2all.co.uk) and B-Royal Clothing Brand (www.broyalshop.bigcartel.com).
I have just graduated with my Masters degree from UCL in Early Years Education.
My story goes back to January 11th 2011, Unknown to me, I had a rare, deadly allergy to eye drops. Shockingly, after using it, all of my skin peeled off from head to toe. I then went into coma for one whole month. This is known as Stevens Johnson Syndrome, which is a one in a million deadly allergy reaction. My motto is "Believe in yourself and follow your dreams".
I am passionate about empowering youths worldwide and impacting young lives. I am also actively involved in community work in the UK, USA, Dubai etc. I have spoken alongside AD King Foundation at the Atlanta Global Humanitarian Summit 2016 (alongside Naomi King), featured on BBC News, ITV News, Sky TV etc.
