This powerhouse set up the ArtSeeksCopy/CopySeeksArt facebook group whilst still a student (!) and this is a source I still, years later, recommend in book crits to any creative looking for a partner. The queen of organising mass book crits, setting up educational talks, and quietly pressuring agencies to take on more placement teams, if you've broken into the industry in recent years (or you've simply been to a SheSays event) you have almost certainly benefitted from Joyce's unwavering efforts to support the next generation of advertisers (even if you don't know it). She is a pleasure to work with, and is a genuine champion of badass gals everywhere - and that makes her badass as hell.
