Ella Marke
Ella Marke is a graphic designer who believes that design should help to make the world a better place. She loves exploring the intersections of design, society and history in order to create rich, concept-focused solutions that are thoughtful, purposeful and beautiful.
She’s obsessed with working towards genuine accessibility and equality inside and outside of the world of design, with a particular focus on understanding and breaking down the ways race and racism influence the world around us. Her work in this area has included the writing, brand identity and illustration of a video and programme of anti-racism work at the University of Sheffield presented to all incoming students. She’s excited to keep using her voice to educate others, change the institutions we live and work in and shape a better future for everyone.
